I purchased EA play year subscription through PlayStation store and I can’t play any of the EA games ! I add it to my cart and it’s zero dollars but When I confirmed the purchase it says “an unidentified error occurred. Try again in a few moments ” I’ve been trying this for a few hours now. I hasn’t been 24 hrs since I purchased EA play. Any help?

Hey, @EA_Darko I'm trying to buy an EA Play subscription on PlayStation and I have the same error message. After contacting PSN support they tried to solve it but they said it seemed to be an Ea issue because other purchases on its store can be done with no issues.

All purchases there go through the PSN and we are not able to offer assistance for any issues.

Hey @EA_Darko well, What I understood is that maybe he was referring to some communication problem between the platforms that could come from EA. The truth is that somehow there are not accepting payments through the PSN Wallet and request (yes or yes) a Paypal account or a debit/credit card. The problem is (in my case), that my PSN account is American but my Paypal or the cards I have are not from there and therefore it does not allow them. The only way to be able to buy in that Store is by loading money in the wallet and until now I hadn't had any problems.

Tested it just now and was able to get a membership without any issue.
