EA Play Pro Cancellation
A week ago, I received an email from you stating that my "EA Play Pro" annual subscription would be renewed for 999 TL, however, my subscription was not renewed and was canceled. A few weeks ago, my friend's subscription was renewed at this price. I was very surprised after this situation and contacted you via live support, but they said that they absolutely could not help me and that I should accept this injustice and renew it by paying 119.99$. This is approximately 75% more expensive than the price I was told 1 week ago and I cannot accept this. Now I am writing to you to somehow fix this victimization. Please do not give me answers that say that you have nothing to do even though this system belongs to you, I cant believe this because I am a software developer. At the same time, I don't expect a big company like you to victimize people with such small calculations because that would be shameful! My relevant evidence is the emails.
