Community Manager@SkymoonYoung The forums are not the correct avenue for account or subscription issues. Community Managers manage the forums, not account issues and therefore we don't have the physical ability to change subscriptions or how they are paid for.
In order to get this resolved, you must reach out to support so that they can review the account.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
Please note: These are not situations in which Community Managers can assist over the forums, as we are not Live Support and cannot validate account ownership.
