EA Play Pro membership got cancelled
Hello.
I was subscribed to the EA Play Pro for a year and got the auto renewal notice on 24 August. It said that I would need to pay 999TL(Turkish Lira) for the renewal. It was said to renew at 24.09.2024 ( which is today) I was okay with this and actually checked my payment methods to see if it was enough. 1 month later, my membership got cancelled due to payment issues and I did not get a chance to fix it. I got sent two emails back to back. I can re-subscribe but that means I lost the opportunity to pay the original price I was given(999TL). I didn't get an opportunity to fix if there was an issue and my membership was cancelled immediately. The two emails were sent at exact 13:02 back to back. I appreciate if you could help me.

Thanks for the information. You have been more helpful than live support. I also talked with them today and we still could not fix the situation. Conversations go in circles...no offense to your coworkers. I guess we can count this thread as fixed. Have a good one.
