EA Play Pro membership got cancelled

Hello.

I was subscribed to the EA Play Pro for a year and got the auto renewal notice on 24 August. It said that I would need to pay 999TL(Turkish Lira) for the renewal. It was said to renew at 24.09.2024 ( which is today)  I was okay with this and actually checked my payment methods to see if it was enough. 1 month later, my membership got cancelled due to payment issues and I did not get a chance to fix it. I got sent two emails back to back. I can re-subscribe but that means I lost the opportunity to pay the original price I was given(999TL). I didn't get an opportunity to fix if there was an issue and my membership was cancelled immediately. The two emails were sent at exact 13:02 back to back. I appreciate if you could help me.

I attached the relevant documents.

    Thanks for the information. You have been more helpful than live support. I also talked with them today and we still could not fix the situation. Conversations go in circles...no offense to your coworkers. I guess we can count this thread as fixed. Have a good one.

    @pyrotiaca For this one, you would need to reach out to live support with those screenshots. Community Managers don't have the ability to alter subscriptions, prices, or modify an account in any way. If that price is not correct, they would need to go over that with you and see what is happening.

    Thanks for the reply. The funny thing is, the live support directed me here...so i contact them again...?

    @pyrotiaca Essentially yes. The forums is for bug reports and technical assistance. We have no actual visibility into EA Play subscriptions other than helping players with general questions or issues like a random payment error. Sending players here means we have to send those cases up to have reviewed as there is no reason to send you here. A CM cannot resolve those unless we happen to have troubleshooting steps that fixes a technical issue.
