Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my EA Play Pro membership. EA attempted to charge a removed or invalid card even though I had already updated my payment method. This error is not my fault, yet I am being affected unfairly. I kindly request that my membership be reinstated at the previous price and that this issue be reviewed by someone who can resolve it. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I have already opened a case at help.ea.com, but they directed me here to the forum. That’s why I’m posting this issue here, because I was told it could be reviewed by the community manager or relevant team.

Hi ElliotLH, I already opened a case at help.ea.com, but my issue was not resolved there. That's exactly why I came here to post on the forum -- if the problem had been solved, I wouldn't need to write here.
