Funny how at EA, being a loyal customer doesn't earn you respect -- it just earns you problems.
I have been an EA Play Pro member for years and always kept my account and payment information updated. On July 31, 2025, I received an official email from EA confirming that my annual renewal would continue as before.
Despite following every step correctly, my membership was canceled due to a payment issue that was not my fault. Instead of honoring the renewal and the official confirmation I received, I am now being told that I must resubscribe at a price that is about 4.5 times higher than before.
This is unacceptable and completely unfair. I did everything right, yet I am the one being punished for a mistake caused by EA's system and processes. A company of EA's scale should not treat loyal players this way.
Because of this, I will not renew or resubscribe to EA Play Pro, and I will no longer purchase EA products. Players deserve fairness and respect --not to be charged multiple times more because of the company's own errors
