EA Play Pro Membership saying can't play Madden 21 until 24th

When I click on the game it says I can't access until August 24th, when I'm suppose to have access with EA Play Pro in the morning.

    The release date is: August 27, 2020 11:00 PM BST

    EA Play Pro provides seven days early access so you should be able to play at 11:00 PM BST.

    23:00 Thursday, British Summer Time (BST) is 15:00 Thursday, Pacific Time (PT)

I am also a member of EA Play and I pre ordered the deluxe version and I cannot access madden 21 either

@Itzyaboykells If you look at game in store there is 3 dots it will say play trial click that it works fine.
