EA play pro not working (RESOLVED)

So I bought ea play pro and had origin downloaded on my old ssd with need for speed unbound and others downloaded on it, now after installing windows and downloading origin on my new ssd and signing into my account when i go to redownload need for speed unbound it tells me I need to join ea play pro again?

Has anyone ran into this issue or know a fix?

And you can see its the same account for both screenshots provided clearly showing i already have ea play pro.

    Hey @ToxicRunsYou for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

    @EA_Darko I had to just close the origin app fully using task manager and then open it again to get it to work so im guessing it just didn't load fully after installing it but thank you anyway.

    Great to hear that @ToxicRunsYou, I was going to suggest turning it off and back on again but thought it wouldn't be that simple.
