Ea Play Pro Renewal - Payment Failed
My EA Play Pro renewal was due yesterday.
Due to some change in the bank where my credit card is from, the transaction was rejected.
I then received an e-mail from EA asking to update my payment information. I did that.
But now, 1 day later, there's no new billing.
I contacted EA Chat, and they told me since the first attempt failed, my subscription would be terminated and I had to buy a new one.
The problem is the prices have been increased, my renewal is way cheaper than a new subscription. I just wan't to renew my subscription for the price that was informed to me by e-mail.
I JUST WAN'T TO PAY!

If your automatic renewal didn't go through then you will need to speak to EA Help Support to check what can be done. If they have informed you that you will need to start the subscription again and cannot continue with the previous price, unfortunately, we're unable to modify the price.
