EA Play Pro subscription is in Processing status for over 3 days now.
I have made a payment of Friday morning and since then I still don't have access to EA Play Pro.
I've tried contacting chat Advisors multiple times and first they told me to wait 24hours, after that they've told me to wait up to 72 hours.
I am not over 80 hours since payment has been made, but I am still not able to use service.
Also, today, 24th of April, for a whole day, I was not given an option to start a chat with Advisor on the main page. Are they on strike or something?
