EA Play Pro Subscription Renewal Issue in Turkey Region

Hi,

I had an EA Play Pro subscription last year, but my payment details weren’t updated in time. The last renewal attempt was on 19.09.2024, and I updated my payment details on 21.09.2024. Since then, I haven’t seen any new attempts to renew my subscription in my order history.

I’m from Turkey, and my subscription was at the old price. However, I no longer see the old price available. Is it possible to renew my subscription with the old price?

    When helping with certain issues, like account changes, subscriptions and so forth, we must verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently. CMs also do not handle payment issues with subscriptions as we don't have a way to.

     

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

     

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

    @gngrylmzl nothing. I was lucky enough to chat with customer service. They said they will charge me more than 999,99 TL but not 4.000 TL. Still waiting something to happen.

    Hi @4lv4r000, I am afraid we have no control over the solutions that support gives or when they provide that to players. We only handle issues over the forums and not when support cases are set up. If you need to speak with them about a solution, it is best to contact chat.

    I got an email couple of weeks ago that my EA Play Pro annual renewal is coming and price is 99.99€. Today it renewed automatically but they charged 119.99€ instead!!

    That is scamming and cheating. I would not have renewed EA Play Pro if I would have known the changed price that they didn't tell.

    It is very hard to contact them as there seems not to be any kind of contact details.

    how much time after the inital time they charged you for that amount? Its been a week for me still nothing from EA side. I have updated my payment method and still waiting them to charge me the same amount as yours.

    I subscribed to EA Play Pro last year, and I was expecting it to be renewed at the same price of 999 TL this year as well. All my friends’ subscriptions were renewed. Despite having my card information entered and sufficient limit, the amount was not charged, and my subscription was not renewed. I am unable to use my membership at the moment. Please help.

    welcome to the club buddy :D many people here are waiting something to happen or EA to say something about it. Feel free to read previous topics.Last tuesday customer support told me that EA will charge me 999,99 TL and I've been waiting for a week now.

    For those struggling, you might try using a Turkish virtual card or services like GPayNow to see if they work as an alternative. Hope EA fixes this soon!
