Ea play PRO subscription wrongly purchased on PC
Hello there. I have just make an error while purchasing my EA play PRO subscription.
I purchased it for PC, while my intention was to purchase it for PS5.
How can I talk to an EA Sports human assistant, so that they translate/crossing my just done subscription from the PC to the PS5? Deactivating it for PC and simultaneously activating my purchase on PS5.
I am going to play the game from PS5, I'll not even buy it on PC. It was an error by distraction.
I can obviously demonstrate the purchase is of just a few minutes ago by receipt screenshot.
