Hi last month i’ve got a renew payments about era play pro so i cancelled the plan and this month i got the money extracted from my account even tho i already had cancelled the plan and i cancelled it again right now

It sounds like you might've ended the subscription after it had already started counting the new month, so the cancellation will occur in the next cycle.
