I bought ea play pro for pc and ea for ps5 and dont have an acces to the full version of fc25. Anybody have any idea how to solve it?

I received an answer from other consultant that ea play pro give me an option to play a full version fc25 only on PC not on the PS. I think the we can close a discussion. Thank you

Just to clarify things, you've purchased EA Play Pro two times, both for PC and PS5 and you're unable to add the games to your account on both platforms?
Firstly I bought ea play and soon after I extended to ea play pro. As you know there is no ea play pro for PlayStation. I have use fc25 trial 10h on ea play and after played 10h I extended to ea play pro and wanted to download and play full version of fc25 but I cant because I don't have an option to download full version. Your support would be highly appreciated.
