Unlinking Steam from a hacked account

I need to get my account free'd up from an old EA account I had. This was pre-EA Play before 2 factor auth, and that account already swapped emails. How the hell am I supposed to re-link to my latest EA account to play BF6 if I can't even contact an actual person to go the process of getting my **bleep** back.

EA help just doesn't work, runs real slow for some reason, and now says an Advisor is not needed for my case. How does that work when you don't even have the tools for self service.
