EA PLAY problem with specific games on PS5

Question

Cannot download madden nfl 21 and nba live 18 from ea play from yesterday.It says me to purchase the games.i havent play those games never before.Madden nfl 21 also gives me the option for trial play.I have an ea play subscription for PS5 and all other games are working fine.The strange is when i last checked my games before 3 days I didnt have this problem.I tried cleaning my PS5 SYSTEM CACHE and also REBUILT DATABASE but it didnt fix the problem.Also i tried restoring my licenses but nothing fixes the problem.I repeat that my problem persists with only this 2 games which i never played them before,all my other games working fine.PLEASE HELP!

Hey&nbsp;@Tommytr1985&nbsp;if you search for the games in the PSN store on the PS5 do you see multiple versions of each game?

Can you go ahead and try that not to see what you see?

‎Hi and thanks for your response. I don't know how but my problem fixed from yesterday night . I didn't do anything just sit and wait for some time because i believed it was temporary problem from your side or from ps store.madden nfl 21 standard edition again appear as "ea included".the other versions opt me for trial but i know that only "standard edition" is for ea play.‎&nbsp;Unfortunately&nbsp; NBA LIVE 18 still wants me to purchase the game and cant download this.Even if i search this from ps store it only has one version.But honestly i dont care about this as nba live 19 is working fine!

It's no harm reaching out and working with PSN support to see what they say.
