EA Play purchase

I saw that to pre-order the F1 25 IC edition on my PC through EA Play costs £69.99, but when I look on PlayStation, it costs £80.99 with EA Play. Is it possible to purchase the game on my PC and access it through EA Play on my PlayStation?
