ea play refund

I requested a refund for ea play on september 11 i belive and now october 12 i have requested for another one becasue the first time i did i was told id be able to get a refund but never got i. thought it might just take some time but no! nothing and now ive been told that i cant recive a refund and i should type this thing up on here. i dont know what else to do i just want my money back. i was told ea play would let me play games that i couldnt play i am extremly unimpressed and disgusted.
