EA Play rewards missing // EA Help a scam and hoax // EA's "Player First" is bs

Hi there,

I'm aware I can tag community managers here, yet I will only receive the standard response of turning to EA Help. Sadly, EA Help is not there to help the player in any way. As their support team is outsourced to India and there seems to be no quality control and assurance, I have been receiving standardised templates, even the same ones back to back without proceeding with my open case.

It's this endless loop they send you into, I guess, hoping that one would simply just give up at some point. You don't even get the option of escalating it to a potential supervisor or the like. Maybe there isn't even any supervision. If I were to present the experience and exchange I've been having with their "support"... hence, why I guess EA doesn't query at the end how they did and you cant rate the experience.

Being bounced back and forth, with support agents, not being able to read and comprehend the issue and then not knowing what to do is a horrible experience. As long as EA gets your money > but don't expect anything in return. From broken games and services to broken support, that's all included in the price.

So, if anyone has recommendations how I can get heard and my case looked at - I'm all ears, thanks.
