EA Play Subscription Not Active After Purchase
Hello Management Team, I was led here by previous live chat supports.
My previous issue: I was shown 2x payment on PayPal for EA Play on Origin. A support member therefor wrongly canceled my subscription and DIDNT refund.
It is a PayPal Issue, but I was charged once for the membership and do not have access to EA Play.
therefor I ask for a full refund OR activate my Account, so I can use EA Play. Live chat support said it cannot interfere or help, I need someone higher up the chain. Please help I’m desperate this is my 8th contact with EA support. I’ll give an ice cream to whoever can help me thank you (and a warm hug!)
@Kurisutoph The system typically does not refund the subscription. You can check out the Refund Request page and see if it allows you to process one, but if it does not, you will need to reach out to support so that they can take a look at the account.
