EA Play subscription revoked due to a "chargeback" which I never initiated

I received an email from EA that my EA PLAY subscription has been cancelled as I comitted a payment fraud of chargeback. I wasnt aware of the fact my card doesnt allow recurring billing, I assume thats why the payment hasnt gone through but in my bank statements I have paid EA the amount and I have not initiated a chargeback or else the money would've returned to my account which it hasn't, I have no way to know or confirm whether the payment is being held, I submitted an appeal and they just come back with a response of "we found you initiated a chargeback" and refused to elaborate and denying my appeal, can someone please help me here as I have not done any act of such sorts.
