So I’ve not used a single minute of my EA Play Free Trial on EA FC 25. However, once it connects me to the server it comes up with a message saying “unfortunately you have used up your time on the free trial. You need to purchase the full game to keep playing”.
As I say, have literally just got on and this came up. I tried restarting the game, restarting the Xbox, considering uninstalling the game and re-download but this is going to take time. Is there another fix?
How can you refund your pre order if you already installed the game?
Not a clue I’ve tried to refund standard edition which isn’t even out yet so I can buy the ultimate as this trial isn’t working and it’s denying my request. Ea are thieving jokesters

the long and short, load game up and press play trial (sometimes it just bypasses that) then go offline and then online. It took me two attempts but it works.
