EA Play UFC 5 trial

So what's the deal here? From what I have seen, the game is worth about 29.99-39.99, not 69.99 - sorry but that's my impression and the consensus of an overwhelming amout of the player base. No new  ufc  roster, same stand up, same career just with new cuts, etc.. Extremely disappointing after 3 years. 

Perhaps a trial will change my mind, though. The question is do I have to pre order the entire game to play the EA play trial or does an EA Play membership alone grant access to a 10 hour trial?
