EA: Play won't install NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered (Xbox GamePass PC)

Hi, EA I have an issue where I tried to install NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but I keep getting this error in EA Play that an unknown error has occurred and I can't install...

    Great news! The underlying cause of this issue has been identified and resolved. Please update the EA App to the latest version and let me know if you run into any issues. 🙂

I have the same problem too, tried clearing cach re installing ea app nothing works it just keeps restarting stating that something went wrong and the cycle continues, now what is left is to know if it's only an xbox pass error or other people that have purchased the game or gotten it through other methods have the same problem, anywho we need someone to fix this asap

i ended up just giving up and installing forza horizon 5...this thread is almost a week old and no one from ea has even bothered to post in this. they dont care at this point guys.
