Ea Play

HI! I want order the ea play but i cannot. I tried different payment options and I checked my details and everything was OK.

Can you help me, what is the problem?

    Hello @barkoczijr,

    Please try the following steps to clear this error up:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    If you still have issues once you've run through these steps, we'll need the live support team to investigate into this a bit further, as we don't have access to review your account details here on the forums.     I already did every step you wrote.

    I can't find the live support in the website.

    @barkoczijr 

    Under the Game Support option, try selecting EA app as the product, then Manage my Membership-> I want to update the payment method for my EA Play membership. From here, you should see the available contact options to speak with live support.
