ea pro payment received but account not active.
Hello, I purchased an EA Pro subscription and the payment has been deducted from my credit card. However, there is no information regarding the payment on my EA account, and my EA Pro membership is not active. Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Case :153607518

Unfortunately we're not able to look into billing issues or subscriptions here on the forums. I recommend that if you're having issues that you reach out to live support, which is looks like you've already done. Hopefully they'll be able to take a look at this and help you solve your EA Play woes.
