EA refund policy is trash

Question

I signed up for EA membership and got the EA FC 25. I didn't even play that game and when I requested a refund for the membership fee I couldn't get it which is ridiculous 😡😡 I wouldn't recommend having a EA account to anybody, not now and not ever&nbsp;
