Unknown EA account linked to Xbox account

I recently got the Xbox Game Pass for PC but ewhen I try to play an EA Play game it prompts me to link an EA account. I follow the steps and when i try to connect both accounts it display this:

"The accounts cannot be linked because your account DANTAKULLO from Xbox already has a link with the EA Account (unrecognized email)"

The live chat support hasn't been helpful at all, keeps asking me the same questions so I decided to post here.

Hopefully someone could help me with this issue. Thank you!

I've tried doing that but it only prompts the EA next step ai chat that keeps looping with the same questions

Try a different description for your issue. You should get a link to an article that will let you open a case.
