Hey Kingerty101,
Are you signed in to the EA account that your Steam account is linked to? You'll need to be signed in on the same EA account for EA Play to be registered correctly.
Please check the EA App to see which account you're on, and confirm by confirming your Steam account is under your connected accounts page. Let us know what you're seeing, thanks!

EA_mplsnow I think I’m having the same issue with Battlefield Hardline. I originally owned it on EA, but I just bought EA Play through Steam and installed it there; now, when I launch, it says I don’t own the game. The EA App says the game is "unavailable" and tells me to uninstall the Steam version, plus the EA App doesn’t even recognize my EA Play subscription despite my accounts being linked.

Hey PantsuNaniiro9,
Since you purchased EA Play through Steam, that membership is tied to Steam and its benefits are available only through Steam, not the EA App or other platforms.
If you purchased Battlefield Hardline with EA in the past, please check your order history page to see if it's listed there. If not, there's a high chance that you bought it on a different EA account than the one you're currently signed in to. And you'll need to locate and sign in to that account to access the game and any progress you've accumulated so far.
Let us know, thanks!
