If I buy EA Play Pro, then I get the ultimate edition of the game. But if I buy the standard edition after my subscription expires, do I keep my stuff and progress?

So if you buy them at a later date, you'll be able to pick up from where you left off.*I'm adding an asterisk here because some games save locally (Like the Sims 4), so if you format your PC or something like that you'd obviously lose your saves unless you've made a backup, but that's more of a local saves thing than an EA Play thing. Rest assured that EAS FC 24's Ultimate Team mode saves via the cloud, so that'll stay even after your subscription expires.

Yes but what I am asking is if I buy the STANDARD edition after my ea play pro expires, which would give benefits like the fifa points and the nike promo, would I still keep those benefits even if u buy the standard edition after?

All of that falls under progress, and you'll get to keep all of your progress if you buy the game afterwards, regardless of edition.

I have additional question regarding your answer.

I have standalone(standard edition) Fifa 23. If i do preseason objectives in Fifa 23 now, will i get the rewards If I'm to play eafc24 via EA PLAY PRO(so without actually buying eafc24 as standalone edition) ?

Hey @slipstream7,

So EA Play Pro is only for PC, but so long as you play and finish your pre-season objectives on PC as well (and on the same account and all that), then yes, you'll get your pre-season rewards.

I bought the standard edition of FC 24 and after that I bought ea play pro. I thought this was what I had to do but not it says
I have to wait till 29 september to play the game. Is there a solution for this ?

Hey @raffafutdemon,

If you have EA Play pro you should have early access, but do you live in Belgium by any chance? Belgium unfortunately doesn't have access to the EA Play Pro version of EAS FC 24, so if you live there you won't be able to get into the game early, I'm afraid.

Yes, I live in Belgium. I understand the problem now but I already bought the EA play pro so can I switch to ea play without spending any more money ( so I can still have early acces) or do I have to cancel ea play pro and than buy ea play? Because other wise the €15 I payed for the pro version was just a waste. I was not informed at the time that ea play pro was not available in Belgium.

@raffafutdemon,

It should say on our website that it's not available in Belgium. I don't think there's a way to "downgrade" your subscription, so you'll need to cancel your EA Play Pro and get EA Play instead (If you want the benefits of EA Play, that is).

EA Play Pro still gives you a whole host of other games and benefits though, so it might be worth checking some of those out while you have it.
