Electronic conArts - broken website
So as I'm fed up of paying for a service I do not use as EA lacks good content, I wanted to cancel my subscription. However EA like the scum they are make it virtually impossible to cancel. I logged into my account and when I click to go to the 'manage my subscriptions' page, the page just constantly refreshes before ever loading up. I have tried this on my PC, Laptop and phone and every result is the same. I've tried numerous browsers and even tried incognito mode and using a VPN. After exhausting every option I try to go through the EA support to submit a ticket, I'm told I'll be "emailed soon by an agent" but when I check my case it's closed without response. I tried to re-open the case with the "Continue case" option but again it instantly closes the case with no response. EA make it impossible to contact them as they fail to provide a phone number or live chat service. It seems all too convenient that a company this size and with the amount of computer science degree employees they have that they can't even have a functional website. It appears intentional that I am unable to access the subscriptions page to cancel and infringes the consumers rights act. Utterly ridiculous it's resorted to me having to post on their public forums. EA get this sorted or I'll be exploring every possible option to take this further.
