Error in Gamertag unlinking, EA account not accessible in any way
So I've seen this posted so many times but now it's my turn to show just how terrible EA's account standpoint is.
Up until a couple months ago I've been able to play any EA game without any trouble, but now recently it has started giving an error that says "Your login has expired, we have sent an email to me [Removed email - CM] to reset your password." when trying to sign into Apex from the exact same account.
This email was deleted many years ago, but I have [Removed - CM] again now as an adult so I have remade that email and still nothing is coming to it.
My current EA account does not have any link to my xbox gamertag, and I have searched through all my emails, my best friends email, my grandmothers email, and both of my parents emails, and none of us are linked to my account.
Going through live support was useless as they told me the account linked to my gamertag is from 2010, so I gave them every bit of info I possibly could(with assistance from my parents!) and they still say nothing I have given is good enough.
This is absolutely ridiculous, my personally identifiable information is linked to an account that I legally do not give permission to have, and EA does not seem to care at all.
I have given a massive list of possible emails that I could accumulate, but that wasn't good enough either.
I know the response is going to be the same as every other forum post, "try to get all the info you possibly can and contact live support again" but at this point this is not possible any further with them.
Unlinking an xbox account should not be held behind this many layers of insanity, its my xbox account and i can easily prove it through microsoft, and I want my xbox account back to myself.
This is not a security breach, in fact its the opposite, this is a security breach on my behalf to not allow my personal minecraft account to allow connected to someone elses profile.
Edit to add: this is applicable to EA Play as even on my gamepass on PC when I try to load an EA game, it gives an error "To continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over."
