FC 27 Lite and Game Trial error

I subscribed to EA Play last month to try out the FC 27 trial on PS5 version. It worked until I accidentally downloaded the FC27 lite.

Ever since then, I have not been able to revert back to the PS5 FC27 trial. I've already attempted multiple suggestions: such as restoring licenses, deleting profile, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. None of the above worked.

Please help
