Having trouble with opening up my game application. Keep getting a message that says, "Cannot use the content, purchase it from PlayStation store." I already own the game as well as when go to playstore it says, "This content cannot be selected at this time." So I have Xbox Ultimate Gamepass and Im trying to play NHL 14 with a friend, but when I try to play online it tells me that I need to reset my password and that my login credentials have expired. When I try to login to reset my password it does nothing. Clicking continue on NHL 14 on the Xbox just tells me that an EA account is required to play. So, I then tried to link my Xbox account to my EA play so I could play with the friend, but it proceeds to tell me my account is linked with another email. Im confused as to why Xbox sets a random email to Xbox Ultimate Game pass holders. The email its gives me is 7d*****@disabled.ea.com. I of course cant see the rest. EA PLAY PRO MISSING MEMBERSHIP REWARDS FOR 3 MONTHS PC MEMBER PLEASE READ ------> I have been an active member of EA Play PRO for 3 months now... since 12/02/2024 to be exact I have picture proof if necessary... and I have been playing Madden 25 Ultimate team pretty much every day since then, actively. I have not received a single Madden 25 Monthly reward since playing this game, and actively paying for my membership. In fact I was unaware that I was even supposed to be receiving monthly rewards because I wasn't getting them! How sad is that.. anyway I have all the payment transactions and proof to back it up. I am missing December MUT monthly rewards, January MUT monthly rewards, and now February MUT Monthly rewards. I know I am not the only one with this issue. I spoke to a service agent for around 35+ minutes just to be told he can't do anything, and to make a forum post.. so here I am making this post... along what looks to be a few other people who have had the same issue sadly enough.. EA just can't seem to get the Monthly Rewards out properly to some people it seems. I hope it gets resolved and I get what I am owed, as I have been a active loyal member for over 3 months now as I said. It's a bit frustrating to find out I have been missing out on packs that I was supposed to be getting, would've and could still be very helpful lol. I have been using the EA Play Pro annual membership since 2023. I did not change my saved card or anything. I can't pay through the EA app or the website. Both give me this error: We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. I tried a 2 more credit cards that I use to pay for steam, both gave me the same error. I tried used 3 debit cards, also same error. 6 different cards did not work. The cards are all issued from the same country as my Country/Region in my account (Egypt). There are no other methods of payment available through the app/website. The only option is via Credit Card. And the problem is obviously from EA's end cause the cards are working in different platforms (I tried to verify). I tried seeking help from the online chat, they told me they can't help and left the chat 2 times today. The last one advised I find help here.
