Fifa 23 on PS5. My fifa coins deleted by EA
I have Fifa 23 digital on PS5. I received an email about 7 days ago accusing me of using a BOT and that I was banned from Transfers and Fifa and Companion App on my phone were jo longer linked. I disputed this and EA agreed and reinstated my account. However they are saying my team cannot be reinstated and also I had 1.5m to 2m Fifa coins and they have all been deleted too. I contacted EA on chat and they say it's been referred to the Gaming team but they are refusing to reinstate my team/Coins. I have spent money on some of these coins plus many hours of playing to earn them. I don't understand why EA won't reimburse me or reinstate my team if they acknowledge I have done nothing wrong. Any advise please.

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
