game box linking..

Hello guys, i have game box ultimate membership and l logged in ea app with this account, but i cant get ea play. how can i fix it game box membership  EA

i mean ea PLAY membership didnt get my account, i have already added 2 photo

The links you've attached unfortunately aren't working- are you trying to access EA Play from your console or from the EA app on PC?
