I bought ea game pass for one month from steam and i cannot see the subscription on my windows ea app, i ve linked the account and is on the same email and i cannot see nothing.. I don t have the pass.. Can somebody help me please? Because ea customer live support doesn t exist..

If you bought EA Play on Steam, it wouldn't be active on the EA app. Steam and the EA app serve as two different entities, and the EA Play subscription you bought on Steam is not valid on the EA app.
To use EA Play on the EA app also, you have to purchase it there directly.
Ok then but i don t have this subscription not even on steam, i cannot play any game from EA games, except the trial ones, should i open a ticket on Steam?
