Get To Work Expansion Pack, not free?

i have the EA play membership but i didn't get the the Get to Work Expansion Pack free, it just shows i have the 10% discount. i don't know what i need to do to get it.

Thank you, @kaaaaassady Sadly, EA Play is not available on Mac. This means that even if some games have a Mac version, you can only play them on Windows through EA Play.

Hey @kaaaaassady

Just to make sure, can I first ask if you are playing on a PC or a Mac? Are you using the EA Play or EA Play Pro subscription plan?

If you have the PC version of the base game, click on the Sims 4 icon on the EA app, then select Manage and Manage add-ons. From here you should be able to download the pack.
