Have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I cannot redeem EA Play Rewards

Question

Like the title says, I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate &amp; this garbage website thinks I don’t have EA Play and wants me to sign up for it, even though on my Xbox right now under settings it shows that I’m subscribed to Ultimate. Like everything else EA touches, this website is also broken.&nbsp;

I am not exactly sure where this is about and what game this is about since that isn't mentioned in the original post.If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you first have to claim the EA Play in order to make use of it's benefits.
