Haven’t received EA Play Pro membership rewards

I purchased EA Play Pro on 09/01/2023 in order to get the packs and Madden cash monthly in Ultimate Team. I should’ve received both on 10/01/2023 for the month of October but it is now 10/03/2023 and I have still received nothing. I have tried to contact EA Help about this, but it gives me no option for live chat, and the email I sent got a response that told me to reply with some information about my account. It then sent me an email back saying that EA Help email is no longer monitored and that I would need to go to the EA Help page for assistance which just puts me back at square 1. Would appreciate any help possible so that my $100 I spent on the membership wasn’t a complete waste
