Hey @koomanhihi to cancel on the PS4 you can follow the steps below: From your PlayStation 4, navigate to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [PlayStation Subscriptions]. Select the EA Play membership you want to cancel. Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal. Darko

To speak with a chat or phone adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

@EA_Darko Nothing happens!!!! It goes no where it doesn’t confirm you have canceled either. I have sent messages both to EA and Global payments. NO ANSWERS BACK EITHER.

Hey @cejarrel what is happening after you cancel membership?

I have not seen reports that there is an issue with canceling?

@AvengerRanger Sorry but that’s not true! I have tried for several months to cancel. They are very misleading and when you click on cancel membership it doesn’t do a dang thing or go anywhere!
