How come I never receive my EA Play rewards that EA markets?

I never receive my EA Play rewards that EA markets. I'm on XBOX ultimate - same thing last year, never received rewards that EA markets on their website.  What's the deal?

EA_Solaire​ Reached out again to EA help - actually chatted with an advisor who was willing to investigate the issue and was at least able to resolve for August. 

It would be nice if EA would acknowledge the issue with EA Play rewards not being delivered instead of depending on the gamer to have to open a ticket and if lucky actually get an advisor to help instead of saying "we can't help you, close ticket"

Thanks in advance for any improvement to this issue in the future.
