EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs
I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack. EA Sports College Football 27 Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31. Is anyone else having this issue?
Unknown EA account linked to Xbox account
I recently got the Xbox Game Pass for PC but ewhen I try to play an EA Play game it prompts me to link an EA account. I follow the steps and when i try to connect both accounts it display this: "The accounts cannot be linked because your account DANTAKULLO from Xbox already has a link with the EA Account (unrecognized email)" The live chat support hasn't been helpful at all, keeps asking me the same questions so I decided to post here. Medal of Honor: Airborne remains one of the most unique and innovative first-person shooters EA has ever published. Unlike traditional WWII shooters, Airborne gave players the freedom to parachute into missions and choose their own landing zones, creating different approaches to every objective and making each playthrough feel unique. Even today, very few games offer the same level of freedom and replayability. For many fans, Airborne wasn’t just another Medal of Honor game—it was one of the franchise’s defining entries. Its atmosphere, soundtrack, weapon progression system, and memorable missions made it stand out from its competitors and helped cement the Medal of Honor series as one of gaming’s most respected military shooter franchises. Unfortunately, many players can no longer experience the game because it remains tied to older hardware. A whole generation of gamers has never had the opportunity to play this classic title, while longtime fans have no easy way to revisit it on modern consoles. Bringing Medal of Honor: Airborne to PS5 would preserve an important part of EA’s gaming history while introducing the game to a new audience. I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? I receive the following error message when I attempt to play College Football 26 or Madden 26 that has been downloaded to my Xbox Series X from EA Play: “EA Play trial - this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into the account and restart the game to continue your progress.” I restart my console, the server refreshes, and I am able to play a game. However, upon the game ending, the whole process restarts…
EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle NOT RECEIVED YET
I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I have screenshots showing it was redeemed and as an add-on (add-on: doesn't need to be installed). I've rebooted, power cycled, etc... nothing has appeared in my HUT profile yet. It has been over a week since I've redeemed this benefit. Please help!!!!
