Issue with PC Game Pass and EA Play
I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
Can´t download games with EA play even though I have Xbox game pass
I currently have an xbox game pass pc subscription, where I should be able to get EA play, but when I try to download games it takes me to the EA app, but it only appears the options to buy the game or subscribe to EA play, even though I have the game pass and my Xbox account is properly linked to my EA account. My EA id is JMNRACER and I have already tried to unlink and then link the accounts again as well as signing out and then back in on both EA and Xbox.

Every time the NFL madden 24 intro is over it tells me to sign back into my EA account that i installed it under, even though with my subscription had never signed me out and still can't access my saved data. So, having the same currently active account the EA servers that has internet connection still prompts me the same instructions
Game Pass Ultimate: Having trouble connectin to EA App
Please help. Today I purchased Game Pass Ultimate for the first time. First, I logged into the EA app using my Xbox account, where I purchased the Game Pass, and started downloading FC 25. When the game downloaded, I tried to launch it, but it kept getting stuck preparing to launch. Then I realized my Xbox region was set to the wrong one. I changed it in Windows settings, restarted my computer, and deleted the downloaded game. Then I went to the Xbox app and tried to install the game from there, but I encountered the error mentioned in the title of this post. How can I finally play EA games included in EA Play?
