can't add game to library only madden 25
i can't add game to library only "madden 25". ea app says you don't have access(just i press download button). and there's a problem with your download(add to library button) all the other games like madden 24, f1 24 can add to library. but, only madden 25 send me error code. i have ea play with pc gamepass....Ea play subscription not working on pc
Hi, so I bought EA play on my PS five a couple of days ago and I even have the subscription confirmation receipt. I looked it up and you should be able to access your EA play on all platforms no matter what you bought it on and yes, I am on the correct account. Please don’t say no bull**bleep** like that. I’m asking for answers not excuses defending EA. I have logged on and logged off. It’s still telling me to join now. Even when I access it through my specific PlayStation link it’s working on my PS5 saying I have it.Populous & Sid Meier still not available to GamePass subscribers
Hello, While several games are available, Populous: The beginning , and Sid Meier’s Alpha Centory are still not available. It cannot be installed from the XBOX Apps, and does not appear in the EA Game app! Recently, I logged into my xbox account and reactivated my pc game pass. While doing so I wanted to play some ea games, and tried to click on the xbox app's link to ea play. It gave me a " There's been an error Try resetting your password and restarting your game." When I went online to the ea page to reset my password using my xbox credentials, it said: Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account (*withdrawn*) already linked to your EA Account for a5*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. Why is my xbox account linked to a disabled ea email? this doesn't make any sense. Please help.I have a game pass subscription but EA app still asks me to pay for the game.
I clicked the download button on Xbox app, Yes my Xbox is connected, yes I've logged in and out, nothing appears to work, from what I've been reading this is a known issue that has not be solves after years of it bugging, i want to be able to down games to play with friends but i am not able to, someone help, im on windows and i have a F11 gaming laptop.

Good afternoon, I'm trying to play the 10-hour trial version of EA Sports FC 25, it tells me to start the evaluation, everything normal, but when I go to the main menu, the message "A problem occurred while validating the status of your EA Play subscription. Please try again" appears and I press advance and the game closes, I've already uninstalled the game, I went to Xbox support, here at EA support and no one was able to solve this problem, I don't know what to do anymore, I want to play EA SPORTS FC 25, I have an active EA Play subscription (Through Xbox Gamepass Ultimate), my 10-hour trial of EA FC 25 hasn't ended, so much so that the message "Enjoy your evaluation" appears as soon as I start the game, and I also tested two other games in the 10-hour trial, NHL 25 and EA College Football 25, and both worked normally, only EA SPORTS FC 25 does not advance to the main menu.Login credentials expired
So I have Xbox Ultimate Gamepass and Im trying to play NHL 14 with a friend, but when I try to play online it tells me that I need to reset my password and that my login credentials have expired. When I try to login to reset my password it does nothing. Clicking continue on NHL 14 on the Xbox just tells me that an EA account is required to play. So, I then tried to link my Xbox account to my EA play so I could play with the friend, but it proceeds to tell me my account is linked with another email. Im confused as to why Xbox sets a random email to Xbox Ultimate Game pass holders. The email its gives me is 7d*****@disabled.ea.com. I of course cant see the rest. I tried putting a case in, but it wont even give me the option. Im just so confused.

Hello, I Have Purchased the Xbox Games Pass Ultimate for years now with hardly any real issues, however I logged in today on my computer ready to play some more Battlefield 2042, and it appears as if EA Has a outage of Xbox Games Pass Subscriptions? Picture Added Below. Now, bare in mind i have the Ultimate version of Games Pass PC & I cannot play my favourite Triple AAA Titles until this is fixed, Please work on a solution EA.
