How do I claim monthly packs for madden

I subscribed to ea play a couple days ago and still have not received any in game rewards like the supercharged pack.

    Hi @aidenhughes2003 

    The EA Play rewards should have been added to your account automatically if you've got an active EA Play membership. If you still aren't seeing it on your account I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. 


    For more information on how to set up a case with them visit the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead. 

    For info on the latest rewards check out the EA Play site here.
