How to buy The Sims 4 Deluxe without paying any annual fees?

According to the FAQ it says that the EA play allows me to play selected games with a annual/monthly fee and I'm only interested in The Sims 4 and I do not want to spend more money on a subscription. Since the buying page is confusing me, I want a little help.

How can I buy the The Sims 4 Deluxe Edition without purchasing the EA Play subscription?

Click the orange Get the Game button, scroll past the very large ads for EA Play, and you'll see "Not interested in joining today?" above a little Buy Now button.&nbsp; Click that button, choose the Deluxe edition, and you'll be able to buy it without a subscription.
