How to buy The Sims 4 Deluxe without paying any annual fees?

Click the orange Get the Game button, scroll past the very large ads for EA Play, and you'll see "Not interested in joining today?" above a little Buy Now button.  Click that button, choose the Deluxe edition, and you'll be able to buy it without a subscription.
