How to play EA Play through Game pass.

Question

I saw that EA Game pass was coming to PC in 2021 and the windows store advertised the Game pass as including EA Play so I ended up buying it ($1 for 3 months) It was the ultimate version. Now it took me a while to link my Xbox account to my PC account (I had to go to friends and then add friends then go to import friends to get them to link) but I still cant play EA Play games on PC. I am using the EA Desktop launcher and I did download it. It still asks me to buy the EA play plan when I try to download a game thats included with EA Play.

This entire thing is a mess, they advertise it as complete but then it doesnt work.
