I am EA Play Pro, but can't download games.

I have a year long subscription to EA Play Pro, however, I can't download most games, because they want me to buy them. It makes no sense. For example, I should have Battlefield 2042 included with my...

Hi there @cKColdKill3r 

Please verify that your EA Play membership is currently active by checking the EA Play tab on your account here.

You'll also want to check that you're logging into the same EA account that your membership is tied with.

      Can you attach a screenshot to your post please of what exactly you're seeing when you try to download an EA Play game?
