I bought EA play and when I play titanfall 2 the multiplayer wont work.

Have you tried rebooting your network since purchasing the game? There could be a hiccup in the connection in which a fresh link to the servers can help fix. The team was recently made aware of DDOS attacks on the servers, though.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

It could also be a program blocking you from accessing the servers. Try running a clean boot and then immediately launch the game when your PC boots back up.
