I bought Ea Play Pro but my payment didn't go through.
I bought Ea Play Pro for annual subscription but due to mail order being closed in my card my payment didn't go through. I'm just trying to make sure my subscription doesn't cancel at some random point because even though my payment didn't go through they blocked the amount of money they were suppose to get so now there is money in my account but I can't use it. It past more than a day and there still haven't been any action on my card (I meant like sometimes Spotify tries to re-new the subscription the other day if it doesn't go through the first day but I guess this is kind of a different situation considering I have the subscription right now and I can download the games). Just trying to figure out what to do in this situation and trying to get some help about it.

If you look over the order history on your account, are you seeing a completed transaction for EA Play there? If this payment went through successfully, your membership will be valid until your next payment date.
For your next EA Play payment, if you're not able to use your current payment method, you can add a new payment method to your account to continue your membership.
